A Few Beets to Harvest

Beets from my garden

These are the larger beet leaves and developing seeds.

Showing four beets to were put back in ground.

The beets were washed before going inside.

The beets were boiled and skinned being prepared.

These beets were sweet and full of flavor.

Before going in the freezer beets were sliced put into
ice cubed water.  Taken out of cold water and put
into a freezer bag to be frozen until ready to use.
