Thick and Tall Stems

 Leaves and stems come in all sizes.  You can find that out when growing a variety of of plants and even the same kind of plant.

Sunflower 🌻 stem that is over 6 feet tall.

Sunflower stems can get over 6 feet tall. 

The stem of the sunflower 🌻 will eventually become a harden stick.

Some of the sunflower 🌻 stems can not only grow over 6 feet tall, the the stem itself can become 1 inch thick such as the stem pictured below:
